Who we are
Hikstech Software Solution LLC ("Hikstech", "we") operates hikstech.com. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at enquiry@hikstech.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. Your name, organisation, work email, phone number if you give it, country, sector, area of interest and the description of your requirement.
- Email and messages. Anything you send us directly, and the usual email metadata.
- Website use. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discussion with an engineer.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to deliver and support any engagement that follows.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We use your details only for the purpose you shared them for. We do not sell personal data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.
Who handles it on our behalf
Enquiry form submissions are relayed to our mailbox by a form-delivery service and received in our business email, both operated by reputable providers under their own data-protection terms. We keep the number of providers to the minimum needed to run the site and our mailbox.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to a contract are kept for the period required by law and our contractual obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to enquiry@hikstech.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in systems protected by access control and two-factor authentication. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies and does not store settings in your browser. The enquiry form sends only what you type into it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page.
